$175 per 55-minute session
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Dr. Ladner is an out of network provider with insurance companies. Most PPO plans provide for partial reimbursement for services provided by an out of network provider. When calling your insurance company to check on benefits, it's wise to ask about reimbursement by a Clinical Psychologist for outpatient therapy. Receipts are provided with relevant information for submission for reimbursement from your insurer, and we are happy to provide any additional information that your insurer may request. We are also willing to carry a blance on fees for up to 60 days to allow time for submission to insurers.
Health Savings Accounts
Services are ordinarily eligible for coverage via health savings accounts, though I ordinarily recommend checking the rules for your specific health savings account to be certain of coverage policies. Receipts are provided with relevant codes for submission for this purpose.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
For those in need, some sliding scale regarding fees can be discussed upon request.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

No Surprises Act Notification
"Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges” Under the No Surprises Act
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges. So, if you do not have health insurance or if you have health insurance but will not be submitting for reimbursement from your insurance for the psychological services you receive, then you have the right to a “Good Faith Estimate” to help you estimate the expected charges they may be billed for receiving health care services from me.
